Shipping:
We ship exclusively via Fed-ex ground.
However other shipping methods can be arranged if requested. Contact us prior to ordering to make arrangments.
Returns:
We accept returns for exchange only. Items must be returned within 30 days of shipping.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order with no penalty, cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 5% service charge.
To cancel an order send us an email with your order number and "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
Once orders have shipped cannot be cancelled.
