Shipping:
We ship exclusively via Fed-ex ground. We usually ship within 5 days or less of your order.
However other shipping methods can be arranged if requested. Contact us prior to ordering to make arrangements.
Free shipping applies to USA addresses only. No free shipping to other countries.
Returns:
We accept returns for store credit only. Items must be returned within 15 days of shipping, unused, in original packing.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order with no penalty, cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 5% service charge.
To cancel an order send us an email with your order number and "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
Once orders have shipped they cannot be cancelled.
